Terms During Your Stay

Welcome to your accommodation. While staying in the property, it is your responsibility to maintain general cleanliness and order, including cleaning, tidying and proper waste sorting. This applies both to your private room and to shared facilities such as kitchen and bathroom. Upon departure, the property must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as when you took it over, ready for the next tenant. If mattress toppers or roll-up mattresses are removed, a replacement fee will be charged. If the above obligations are not fulfilled during or after the rental period, we reserve the right to charge the following:

Cleaning:

The property will be inspected for cleanliness. If additional cleaning is required, your company will be contacted and provided with photo documentation. A fee of DKK 350 per hour will be charged for the time spent.

Waste Sorting:

Waste must be sorted correctly at the property. Failure to comply will result in a charge of DKK 350 per hour.

Outdoor Areas:

Cigarette butts and waste must be disposed of in the designated containers. Failure to comply will result in a charge of DKK 350 per hour.

Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If this rule is violated, a fee of DKK 1,000 will be charged for damage/misuse of the property.

Tape on Windows and Doors:

It is not permitted to apply tape to windows or doors to darken rooms. If this rule is violated, a fee of DKK 2,000 will be charged for damage/misuse of the property.

Key Box:

It is not permitted to remove the permanently installed key from the key box in the property — including upon departure. If the key is removed, a fee of DKK 2,000 will be charged.

Heating:

The landlord reserves the right to adjust the rent in relation to your heating consumption. If the indoor temperature exceeds 23°C, additional charges for heating consumption may apply for the relevant months.
